Nagaraja Rao, DTM, of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, is Executive Director of Ganesh Food Products Pvt. Ltd., a company he co-founded in 1993. He focuses on strategic plan development, business growth and the management of financial and human resources. A member of the Federation of Karnataka Chambers of Commerce and Industry, he is also a founding member of the community service group Shivalli Smartha Brahmana Mahaparishath.

Rao earned a degree in electronics and telecommunications engineering at B.M.S. College of Engineering in Bengaluru. He also earned a certification in cup tasting and coffee roasting technology. He joined the executive committee of the Indian Coffee Trade Association and served as vice president of the United Coffee Association of India. He was also a member of the executive committee of the Karnataka State Rifle Association.

A Toastmaster for 13 years, Rao has been a member of his home club, Mecon Communication club in Bengaluru, since 2002. He has held a number of high-profile leadership positions within Toastmasters and has attained the Distinguished Toastmaster designation—the highest level of achievement in the organization.

He says, “Toastmasters is a lifelong journey of personal growth and professional success. It is a platform to interact and learn with diverse people and cultures. Members enable each other to be the best possible version of themselves.”

As a member of the Toastmasters International Board of Directors, Rao is a “working ambassador” for the organization. He works with the Board to develop, support and modify the policies and procedures that guide Toastmasters International in fulfilling its mission.

ラオ氏は、インドのカルナタカ州バンガロールにあるガネッシュフードプロダクツ会社を1993年に創立し、現在上級ディレクターとして勤務されています。ご専門分野は、戦略開発、ビジネス育成、財務や人材管理です。商工会議所のメンバとして、現地でコミュニティーサービスに従事しています。バンガロールの技術工科大学にて電子・テレコム学部を卒業。また、コーヒーを煎る技術についても勉強し、資格を取られました。

トーストマスターズ歴は13年となり、2002年よりメコン・コミュニケーションクラブに所属されています。数々のリーダシップロールをこなし、ＤＴＭも授与されました。
